Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Linkvitación platform, operated by Alicia Zitlalli Flores Alvarado, with address at Av. Ruiz Cortines No. 890, Col. La Laja, Acapulco, Gro., México. CP 39600 (“Linkvitación”, “we”). By creating an account or using https://www.linkvitacion.com, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Linkvitación lets you create, customize, and publish digital invitations for events (weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events, among others), share them through a unique link, and manage guest RSVPs. You can create and preview your invitation at no cost; publishing the invitation requires payment of the corresponding plan.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide must be truthful and up to date.

4. Plans, payments, and refund policy

• Plans are paid once per event; they are not subscriptions. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and, for purchases from outside Mexico, the equivalent in your local currency at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Linkvitación does not store card data.
• Once the invitation is published, the payment is non-refundable. Before paying you can create, edit, and preview your invitation at no cost, so we recommend reviewing it carefully before publishing.
• If, for reasons attributable to Linkvitación, a published invitation cannot be provided (for example, a serious unresolved technical failure), you may request that the problem be fixed or the amount paid be refunded, at our reasonable discretion.

5. Service term

• A published invitation stays online from publication until 30 days after the event date.
• After that period, the public page may be deactivated and its data is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
• You can edit your invitation as many times as needed during its term, including the event date within reasonable limits (changing the date does not extend the term beyond 12 months from purchase).

6. User content

• You keep all rights to the photographs, texts, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and display it solely to provide the service.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions over the content you publish (including images of people appearing in it).
• Publishing unlawful or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content unrelated to an event invitation is not allowed. We may remove content that violates the above.

7. Your guests’ data

As a host, you are responsible for your guest list and the responses you collect through your invitation. Linkvitación processes that data on your behalf, in accordance with the Privacy Notice, and does not use it for its own purposes other than providing the service.

8. Intellectual property

Linkvitación’s templates, design, logo, and software are the property of Linkvitación or its licensors. Purchasing a plan entitles you to use the template within the platform for your event, not to reproduce or resell it outside of it.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

• We work to keep the service continuously available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (for example, during maintenance or third-party provider outages).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkvitación’s total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the event in question.
• Linkvitación is not responsible for the event itself or for indirect damages (for example, guests’ actual attendance).

10. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Relevant changes will be published on this page with their update date; continued use of the platform implies acceptance. Changes will not retroactively affect invitations already paid for.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero, waiving any other forum to which they may be entitled.
